Cranberry Fair, Fusion and Festival of Trees

There is a couple of big events coming up this month that I’m involved in that I wanted to share the recently released posters with all of you.

The first is the Cranberry Fair, a juried arts and crafts Christmas fair which takes place on November 25th at the Westmark Whitehorse.  I will have prints, cards, original mixed media pieces, and tiny original artworks (inchies) for Cranberry Fair which I will be sharing some sneak peaks of with you later this week.

The second is Fusion, a Brave New Works performance show that has taken artists from different genres and paired us together to create performance works.  My partner Emelie Caron and I are creating a bilingual puppet show with a lot of fairy tale and steampunk elements – again, keep your eyes peeled for upcoming sneak peaks.  The show itself will run November 21st and 22nd at the Old Fire Hall in Whitehorse.

Finally there is the Multicultural Celebration which I am organizing in partnership with Yukon Cultures Connect and the Festival of Trees.  This event will see the High Country Inn Convention Centre filled with decorated Christmas trees, food, and multicultural performances for the whole family on November 29th.  The free event takes place from 5-9 pm.

If you are in Whitehorse, hopefully you can join me at one, or all of these fun events.
