We’re entering the frenzy of Christmas craft fair season and I thought I should take a break from prepping stock and display to let you all now where you can find my art this holiday season.
Things kick-off this Saturday, November 15th with the Spruce Bog. It happens in the Flexi-Hall of the Canada Games Centre from 11 am till 5 pm (seniors and those with limited mobility can access the show from 10 am onwards). This is followed closely next weekend by the juried Cranberry Fair. You can find this at the Kwanlin Dun Centre on Sunday, November 23rd from 11 am till 4 pm (the doors open to those with limited mobility at 10:30 am). Then later in December you’ll be able to spot some of my work at the 12 Days of Christmas sale on at the Old Fire Hall from December 11th till 22nd, when you’re hunting for your last-minute gifts.
Finally there are two group gallery shows for the holidays where you’ll be able to find some new small originals. The first opens next week at Yukon Artists @ Work on Friday, November 21st. The second, Christmas Underground, starts at Arts Underground on December 5th.
I hope to see you out at some or all of these fun events.
